About Me

My name is Raygan Elizabeth Rensing. I live in Wake Forest, North Carolina. I was born at the Raleigh Community Hospital on February 25, 2002 at 10:11 PM. I lived in Raleigh until I was four years old, then my mom, Laurie Rensing, my dad, Steve Rensing, and I moved to Wake Forest and we have lived here since. I am an only child, but it does not feel like it because I have two dogs and three cats. I play  travel softball for the NC Challenges Elite. I am a pitcher, and I also play second base. Last year, I played Varsity softball and JV volleyball for Heritage High School, which is where I am a sophomore. My freshman year I had straight A’s and a 4.25 GPA.

I am very passionate about softball, and it shows because last year I made the All-State team for softball, as well as the All-Metro team. I was also named Co-Pitcher of the CAP 8. My freshman year, I was a co-captain of the volleyball team at Heritage High. Every summer, I volunteer at Hope Lutheran Church, for Vacation Bible School for a week. I oversee a group of eight to ten third graders, and my job is to bring them from station to station and make sure they stay safe, don’t get lost and have fun.

My goal is to go to college, either in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia to play softball, and to earn a degree. I want to major in Architecture, Interior Design or Exercise Science. My dream college is Western Carolina because it is a beautiful campus and they have a great softball program.  I would like to get married in my early to mid-twenties, and have children in my mid to late-twenties. I would like to have four children, three boys and one girl. I would love to adopt a German Shepard at some point. After college, I want to take some time to tour Europe and enjoy sightseeing. After that, I plan on moving to Charleston to start my life.
